Log-In
All visitors need to become a Jewelermart.com member prior to entrance to "Member Forum". In order to do so, you need to apply for a membership by fill out the online application form. To log-in, you are required a log-in name and password.


Forget your password
In case of forgetting password, you can merely go to "Get password" page and put your e-mail address that you gave us in member application form and/or one that most update in your profile information (if it later updated). After the e-mail is submitted to us, your new password will be automatically sent to your e-mail address within a few minutes, so you can check the mail and get the updated password to use to access to your account.

Please note that when you ask for the password in the "Get Password" page, the system will create new password and replace it with the old one. It means the old password will be deleted, however, you can still use the new given password to log-in and change it to
whatever name you like in "Update Your Profile" page.


"Your Catalog" and "R F Catalog"
There are two catalogs in Jewelermart.com that you are able to order products from R F Import-Export Co., Ltd. Both catalogs have product pictures (size of the picture is an actual size), their IDs, and prices per unit. You can click to view additional information of each item as well as see enlarge picture. Deciding to order, you merely click "Add to order" button.

Your Catalog
The catalog of your products that you have R F Import-Export Co., Ltd. designed and/or manufactured exclusively. Once you have logged-in from the log-in page, you will first go to this page and you will see all of your product pictures, ID#, and their prices per unit where you place an order. You can tell us to add any products in "R F Catalog" to "Your Catalog" by submit the Inquiry form. In the Inquiry form, you select "Add product to "Your Catalog" " and write the product ID of your chosen products in the message box.

R F Catalog
R F Import-Export Co., Ltd.'s product catalog contains premium quality products that designed and manufactured by the company. "R F Catalog" includes variety product types such as rings, earrings, and pendants in wide range of categories like Diamond, Precious, Semi-precious, Invisible, and Pearl. You may find new interesting collections to add for your profile or order them as you wish.

 

View Product detail
To view additional detail and enlarge picture, you have two ways to do:

  • Click at "View detail" button.

  • Click at the product picture

Ordering Process

  • Select product from "Your Catalog" / "R F Catalog" page

  • View your order at "View your order" page

  • Adjust your order (Delete, Change) at "View your order" page

  • Confirm your order and submit at Confirm order page

  • Get Order ID. number


Select product to Your Order list
To add product to your order list from "Your Catalog" and "R F Catalog" you can:

  • Click "Add to order" button beside the picture within the page.

  • Click "Add to order" button in the "Product Information" page

  • "Quick Order Box": This feature was designed to help saving your time if you plan for which products are being ordered by using product ID#.

    Quick Order Box is located at the bottom left of both catalog pages as well as "View Your Order" page. At the "Quick Order Box", you can right away enter product ID#, required order quantity, and the special request then click "Add to order" button. Your selected product will be added to your order list.


Ordering from Product Information page
Once you have clicked to view additional detail of a particular product, a new window will pop up and presents an information with larger product picture. You can immediately order the piece from this pop up window by put your preferred quantity and write request message to this product such as the color of gold, sizes of ring, or special requirements.

Remark

  • You must mention the color of gold. (y= yellow/18K and w= white/18K)

  • Sizes of ring (S= 53 or 54)

View your order
You can view lists of product you have ordered at any time by click "View your order" button on the top left of the catalog pages.


Special Request
 This box was purposely designed to help our customers explain their specific requirements to the particular product that is ordered such as gold colors, sizes of ring, specific required gems type and/or quantity etc.


To adjust your order
You can add, delete, and edit a selected item for example order quantity, special request to each piece you ordered. You are required to click an "Update" button every time you make any changes to a specific item to update the information in the server prior to submit your order.


Select"Shipping Agency"
The shipping agency presents in "View Your Order" page will be preloaded according to one you have chosen in the "Member Application form". You may change new agency each times of your order by select the list of R F accepted shipping companies as well as the payment method. For your convenience, you may update the shipping agency and payment method in "Update your profile page".


Confirm Your Order
In this page, you can check your order (detail quantity, request made, selected shipping agency and the shipping payment method) before you submit to R F. You may go back to the "View your order" page if the correction is needed. After the order has submitted, you will receive an order information via e-mail for your reference.


Get your "Order ID#" and the copy of your order via e-mail
After you have submitted your order, you will be informed your "Order ID" as well as received an order information via e-mail. Please write this down for your record because you will use this number to refer to your order with R F for the promptly assistance.

Caution before submit your order
You must mention the color of gold G=Y (yellow/18K) or G=W (white/18K), the sizes of ring (S= 53 or 54), and any other requirements.
